Meet Kelvin Davis

I’m Kelvin Davis | a Navy veteran, South Fulton resident, and proud graduate of an HBCU. I didn’t grow up dreaming of politics. I grew up believing in service.

For years, I’ve worked behind the scenes as a federal systems architect… helping agencies across the country fix what’s broken and build what works. From modernizing outdated technology to managing major public projects, I’ve learned how to make government move with integrity, discipline, and results.

Now, I’m stepping forward because I believe the people of South Fulton deserve the same level of excellence and transparency I demanded in my military and federal service. We deserve safe neighborhoods. We deserve a real downtown. We deserve leaders who listen and deliver.

I’ve lived in South Fulton since the very beginning… since the day our city was formed. I’ve seen the promise in our people and the potential in our land. And I know we’re ready to rise, if we come together around a vision that puts residents first.

This campaign isn’t about politics… it’s about people. It’s about building a city where we can live, work, and thrive together. I’m ready to serve again… this time, right here at home.

What makes Kelvin Davis different from other candidates?
I have spent my career in the rooms where federal agencies make decisions that affect millions. As a Navy veteran, HBCU graduate, and Federal Enterprise Architect and Consultant, my job has been simple and serious: listen first, ask the hard questions, and build systems that work in real life.

I am ready to bring that approach home to the City of South Fulton. We will build clear and accountable city systems you can feel every day—quicker permits, cleaner neighborhoods, responsive public safety, and budgets you can track. I will set clear goals, publish results, and fix what does not work. The same calm leadership I use in top federal rooms is the leadership I will bring to every room in our city, so government truly works for the people.
